The consultation is the starting point of every treatment. It is useful even without pain, when you notice changes in your nails, your skin or how walking feels.
Podological examination

02
What it includes
- 01A conversation about your concern, health history and medication
- 02Examination of the nails, skin and spaces between the toes
- 03A look at your shoes and the areas where pressure builds
- 04An explanation of what we see, in plain words
- 05A care plan with steps, approximate duration and check-ups
03
Your personalised plan
The plan considers your age, activity, work, chronic conditions and expectations. You know what we will do, why, and what you can do yourself at home.
04
Referral to specialists
Some conditions need a medical diagnosis or therapy. When we see the signs, we refer you to a dermatologist, orthopaedist, vascular surgeon, diabetologist or your family doctor, and adapt the podology care to their recommendations.
05
What to bring
- 01A list of the medication you take
- 02Test results or medical reports related to your feet
- 03The shoes you wear most often
- 04Nails without polish, if possible

A podology consultation does not replace an examination by a doctor when one is needed.
